Weoffer a 60-day warranty ONLY against manufacture defects for all of thescooters that are purchased DIRECTLY from Powersports Warehouse, LLC.

Thewarranty starts on the first day you received the scooter. Because thewarranty doesn�t apply to the hours you use your scooters, pleaseexercise your right in 60 days.

Weguarantee our products from manufacture defects within the first 60days from the date you receive your item. Warranty is on a partsexchange basis only. Warranty covers factory defects and defaults only.We do not cover misuse or broken parts caused by the user or by anyother event. Customers MUST notify our company within 72 hours fromdate of receipt of the ordered scooter/s if you believe there are anyproblems with your scooter/s. For all free-shipping vehicles, customerswill be responsible for the shipping costs on all warranty parts.

Werequire the original part be returned to us with a copy of the invoiceand a brief statement indicating the defective nature of themerchandise. Upon arrival, we will verify the defect. Please note thatitems are covered for regular use, if we find the cause to be frommisuse or abuse, the item(s) will be outside the warranty and thecustomer will pay for replacement parts charges. Also it is customer'sresponsibility to physically install the replacement parts. If it isnecessary for the full product to be returned for repair orreplacement, customers are responsible for the shipping cost to andfrom Powersports Warehouse.

Firstreplacement parts are shipped without charge, but it is customer'sresponsibility to physically install the replacement parts. If it isnecessary for the full product to be returned for repair orreplacement, customers are responsible for the shipping cost to and from Powersports Warehouse, LLC.

In many cases, we�ll ask for pictures of the defect parts instead of the actual parts.

WE WILL NOT SEND OUT ANY REPLACEMENT PARTS UNTILL WE RECEIVED THE DEFECTED PARTS or PICTURES WE ASK.

Allparts sent are at the discretion of Powersports Warehouse, LLC. Partsare not guaranteed to be in stock and subject to availability.

This warranty shall be limited to no more than the purchase price of the scooter.

Customers are entitled to pay the repair fee on any damage that is NOT caused by manufacture defect.

Warranty is effective only if:

1. The product is completely and correctly assembled by a certified automotive or motorcycle technician.
2. The product is used under normal conditions for its intended purpose.
3. The product receives all necessary maintenance and adjustments.

Whenyou think there are any manufacture defects on your brand new scooter,you must stop riding on the scooter right away! Please report theproblems to Powersports Warehouse immediately. Neglecting the problemsand continuously riding on that scooter is very dangerous for yourlife! And by doing so, will also complicates the scooter�s condition,which will make you take partial responsibility. We encourage you toexercise your 30 days warranty rights instead of going to a localrepair place you select to fix your scooter, because you will not getreimbursed unless that repair is authorized by Powersports Warehouseand the price is agreed upon by Powersports Warehouse prior to repair.

Thewarranty is voided if: frame is broken or bent due to abuse; wheels arebent or broken due to impact; spindles or A-Arms are bent or broken dueto impact; axles are bent or broken due to impact; non-factory alteringof engine or its components; engine malfunctions due to neglect orabuse; plastic fairings are damaged by impact. This warranty does notcover wearable parts such as: cables-throttle and brake, brake pads andshoes, tires, spark plugs, hoses, filters and lubricants or damagedparts from accidents, abuse, or extreme riding or loss of time withoutmotorcycle, vandalism, fire or theft.. All warranties are voided if thescooter has been altered in any way or is used in racing orcompetition, rented, used under abnormal conditions, or subject toabuse, misuse, neglect or improper maintenance.

Customersare allowed to return the manufacture defected scooters for a fullrefund of the scooter or exchange within a 15 days period, but you mustreport to us within 72 hours after you received the scooters and youmust obtain a RMA number.

We will notaccept any return scooter without a RMA number. The scooter must bereturned in the original container with all accessories, manuals andpacking and a brief note about why you return your scooter. You will becharged for the replacement cost of any missing items.

After RMA# is issued, we have to receive your return scooter in 7 business days, otherwise your returned will be rejected!

PLEASEREFRAIN FROM RIDING THE SCOOTERS TO PREVENT FUTHER DAMAGES IF YOU WANTTO RETURN THEM. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO REFUND OR EXCHANGE SCOOTERSTHAT HAVE BEEN HEAVILY USED.

Shippingand handling are not refundable, NO EXCEPTION! Customers areresponsible to pay for the shipping of the return scooter and shippingboth ways of the exchange scooters. Freight collect and COD packagewill not be accepted!

For allfree-shipping vehicles, original shipping fee will be deducted from therefund. It is also customers� responsibility to pay sending thevehicles back to us.

There are absolutely no refunds for any fueled items or used items regardless of damage or performance!

Any damage on the return scooters during shipping will result in a partial refund instead of a full refund.

Forexchange of the scooter, we must receive your returned scooter firstand inspect it. If the scooter is repairable, we will repair it; ifnot, we will exchange a new one for you. Again customers areresponsible for shipping both ways of the scooter. Free shipping isonly applied to your original purchase!

Ifyou wish to return the scooter simply because you do not like it, or itdoes not reach your expectation (must be not being assembled and notbeing fueled and not being ridden), a 30% restocking fee will becharged to you. Again, you must report to us within 72 hours, andshipping and handling are not refundable. Once again you areresponsible to ship back the scooter to us with RMA#.

Pleasecheck with your state scooter law before making purchase, we do notaccept any return scooters because you find out your purchase doesn�tcomply with your state scooter law later on.

Someof scooters we sell here are toys-like, not DOT approved bikes unlesswe specified it, so you cannot get registration in DMV like DOTapproved motorcycles. Make sure you are aware of this before purchasingyour scooter since we do not accept any return scooters because of thisreason.

One more time, vehicles thatare assembled, fueled or used can not be returned. like Some Mopeds,Dirt Bikes, ATVs. Federal regulations prohibit transport of vehiclesthat have been fueled. For some scooters the gas tank can be emptiedand washed before shipping.

Becausegasoline is hazardous and flammable material that is extremelydangerous for mail. Gas scooters that have been ridden and parts havebeen used with gasoline are illegal to be mailed. Individuals who sendthem through mail might face fines and/or imprisonment. If you mustship them back to us, please make sure there is no gasoline remains inthe scooters or parts. We are not responsible for any event that iscaused by this matter.

If acredit card payment is disputed by a cardholder for a reason andproduct is not returned to Powersports Warehouse, LLC. This is known asInternet Shoplifting. The Cardholder is responsible for all collectioncost, the maximum attorney fees allowed by Delaware law to collect, andis punishable by jail term under Delaware Laws and or both Federal Laws(FBI) if crossed state lines and or is sent by US Mail or Equivalent.Cardholders will also be reported to Trans Union, TRW and CSC Creditreporting agencies, and all collections agencies as seen fit bycompany.

We Strongly suggest that you buy insurance for the return scooters.

Wedo not offer any warranty on the parts that we sell, so please read thedetails on the parts� description carefully before you order. You canalso call our customer service to get more details on the parts.

Ourtechnical group will offer you professional opinions on the parts thatyou may need. But we cannot guarantee our parts to fit or functionproperly if your scooters weren�t purchased from us.

Someparts can be returned and exchanged within 7 days after you receivedthem. However, shipping and handling are not refundable, and customermust pay for the shipping of return and shipping both ways for theexchange parts.

Some parts can NOT bereturned, like batteries, controller box, coil, CDI, starter, stator,wire harness, carburetors etc. Because after you install them, theseparts would be ruined! You have to contact us when you want to returnany of scooter parts to get our permission. Some expensive parts withour company stamp on it, you have to return them with this originalstamp on it. Otherwise you won�t get refund from your returning.

ALLOF THE RETURN OR EXCHANGE PARTS MUST BE IN THE ORIGINAL UNUSEDCONDITION! WE WILL NOT REFUND OR EXCHANGE PARTS THAT HAS BEEN USED ORDISASSEMBLED!

We offer only up to 70% of refund on engine parts that have been put on the engine.

Scootersand parts will be shipped by DHL, Estes as standard ground (parts mightbe shipped with USPS first class mail depending on the size).

Rushdelivery as over nights or two days air are available with additionalfee if customers require. Customer can also use their own shippingaccounts if they prefer, handling fee will be applied.

Wemainly only ship scooters to the lower 48 states of U.S., but for partswe CAN ship to other countries if customers are willing to pay extracost of shipping.

All of our scootersare brand new in the box as 95% assembled. Our scooter experts willexamine each scooter to make sure everything on the scooters is inperfect condition prior to shipping.

Wefully pack the scooter in a professional way. We purchase insurance andsignature required for each scooter that we ship (it�s included in theS/H); THEREFORE, WE WILL NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY DAMAGES BYSHIPPING; however, we will help customers to file claims to theshipping company if any damages happen during shipping.

Customershave the right to refuse the acceptance of any major damaged scooter.For scooters that are lost during shipping, we will make claim for thecustomers. Once we have the confirmation from the shipping company, wewill be able to send you the replacement scooters.

We do not ship scooters to P.O. Box, APO and FPO, nor do we accept COD.

Ordersof scooters that are made before 1:00 pm EST will usually be shippedthe same day or the next business day at the latest (weekends andholidays are not considered as business day).

Shippingwill be same day if order before 1:00 or next business day.� Optionsfor delivery are UPS Ground (7-10 days delivery), Fed-Ex 2 day (3-5days)

Freeshipping items only will be applied to your original purchase. If youreturn the item, the actual shipping fee will be deducted from yourrefund and you also have to cover ship the item back to us. If youexchange the items, you will cover ship to and from us both way.

By purchasing an item, you agree thatPowersports Warehouse, LLC.�s maximum amount of liability is equal tothe purchase price and that you will not attempt to recover damages ofany type from Powersports Warehouse, LLC.

Byclicking 'submit order', or purchasing any of our products by phone,fax, and mails, you constitute your understanding and acceptance of allof our sale policies and agree that they constitute a legally bindingagreement.

Any ambiguouslanguage in this agreement shall be interpreted as to its fair meaningand not strictly for or against any party.

Arbitration:Any controversy, claim or dispute arising out of or relating to thisagreement, shall be settled by binding arbitration in Delaware.

Sucharbitration shall be conducted in Delaware and governed by the thenprevailing commercial arbitration rules of Delaware law, with thefollowing exceptions if in conflict: (a) one arbitrator shall be chosenby Powersports Warehouse, LLC. (b) The non-prevailing party shall beresponsible for the expenses and fees of the arbitrator, together withother expenses of the arbitration incurred or approved by thearbitrator; and (c) arbitration may proceed in the absence of any partyif written notice has been given to such party (pursuant to the rulesand regulations of Delaware law).

Theparties agree to abide by all decisions and awards rendered in suchproceedings. Such decisions and awards rendered by the arbitrator shallbe final and conclusive and may be entered in any court thereof as abasis of judgment and of the issuance of execution for its collection.

All such controversies, claims or disputes shall be settled in this manner in lieu of any action at law or equity.

Thearbitrator shall not have the right to award punitive damages orspeculative damages to either party and shall not have the power toamend this agreement. The arbitrator shall be required to followapplicable law.

[IF FOR ANY REASON THISARBITRATION CLAUSE BECOMES NOT APPLICABLE, THEN EACH PARTY, TO THEFULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, HEREBY IRREVOCABLY WAIVESALL RIGHT TO TRIAL BY JURY AS TO ANY ISSUE RELATING HERETO IN ANYACTION, PROCEEDING, OR COUNTERCLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THISAGREEMENT OR ANY OTHER MATTER INVOLVING THE PARTIESHERETO.]

Anyand all attorneys' fees will be the responsibility of thenon-prevailing party. All claims or disputes must be filed withinDelaware

Sever ability of Agreement: Ifany term or provision of this agreement is determined to be illegal,unenforceable, or invalid in whole or in part for any reason, suchillegal.

Unenforceable or invalidprovisions shall be stricken from this agreement, and such provisionshall not affect the legality, enforceability, or validity of theremainder of this agreement.

If anyprovision or part thereof of this agreement is stricken in accordancewith the provisions of this section, then this stricken provision shallbe replaced, to the extent possible, with a legal, enforceable, andvalid provision that is as similar in tenor to the stricken provisionas is legally possible.

Modification ofAgreement: This agreement may be supplemented, amended, or modified byPowersports Warehouse, LLC. at any time. Supplement, amendment, ormodification of this agreement will be binding by all parties.
